Former WAVE 3 sportscaster returning to his broadcast roots

Retired WAVE 3 sportscaster Bob Domine is going back on the air beginning next week.

This time around, instead of being on television, Domine is returning to his roots in radio. He'll be hosting an hour-long show - entitled Afternoon Sports with Bob Domine - on New Albany, Ind. radio station News/Talk 1570 WNDA.

The show will air from 3 to 4 p.m. ET (2-3 p.m. CT) each weekday afternoon starting Monday, Feb. 20.

Domine began his broadcasting career in 1963 right here in the Tri-State, with WITZ in Jasper, Ind. He worked at WAVE 3 from 1973 until Aug. 2010.
